Winner for Multi-Residential:
Victoria and Burke by Carr

Catering to the downsizing market, these residences are planned more akin to a single dwelling as opposed to an apartment.

Casa Piva by B.E. Architecture
Casa Piva is a house designed by the director of B.E. Architecture for his own family who wanted to acknowledge and celebrate his family’s Italian ancestry. Runner Up for Multi-Residential:
Provenance Camberwell by Elenberg Fraser
Nestled in the heart of Camberwell, Provenance re-imagines multi-residential living as 12 home-sized apartments surrounded by verdant gardens.
